Getting Us to Your Door
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, every one of them. The roster runs day and night, weekends and public holidays alike, with no gap over a long weekend when a burst is most likely to catch you out. You reach a licensed plumber whenever you call, not a message service that waits until Monday.
How fast can you get here?
Fast, and we give you an honest read on the phone rather than a promise we can't keep. Genuine emergencies are prioritised, so a plumber is on-site fast, day or night. We won't quote a set number of minutes down the line, because the traffic and the job ahead of you decide that.
How does the callback form work?
Send your name, suburb and a quick line on what's happening, and a plumber rings you back fast, day or night. It's there for when typing beats talking, though for anything actively leaking or flooding the phone is quicker. Either way a real person, not an auto-reply, gets back to you.
Are you really open 24/7?
Genuinely, yes. Call at 3am on a public holiday and a licensed plumber answers in person, not an answering machine or an overnight message bank. Emergency plumbing is the core of what we do, so the phones and the vans are staffed around the clock, right through the year.

Pricing and Quotes
Is the fixed price really the final figure?
Yes. Once you approve the quote, that figure is the whole job, even if it runs longer than expected, with nothing added for the hour or the day and no line items appearing later. If we find a genuinely separate fault, we stop and quote it on its own first.
Do prices change once the job starts?
No. The figure you sign off is the figure you settle, full stop. If opening up a wall reveals a second, unrelated problem, we pause, show you, and price that work separately for your approval, so your original quote never quietly grows into something you didn't agree to.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Never. There's a $0 Call Out Fee to come out and assess the problem, any hour, with free quotes on top of that. You only pay once you've approved a price for the actual repair, so calling to get a professional eye on the trouble costs you nothing at all.
How can I pay?
The usual ways: card, tap or bank transfer, settled once the job is done and tested in front of you. For a strata or rental job, we can bill the managing agent or owner direct where that's the arrangement.

Your Suburb, Our Patch
Do tree roots really block drains around Cronulla?
They do, especially on the older bay-side blocks where established street trees sit near clay and earthenware sewer lines. Roots creep into cracked joints hunting moisture, so we jet the line clear and then camera it to find the joint they got in through.
Why do Cronulla's older homes keep us busy?
Many of the 1940s to 1960s brick homes still run their original pipework, and years of salt air off the ocean and the bays wear through outdoor taps, fittings and hot water units faster than inland. Ageing lines and corroded fittings are a steady share of the after-hours calls out here.
Which suburbs do you service?
The whole peninsula and the suburbs across the surrounding Sutherland Shire: Caringbah, Caringbah South, Gymea Bay, Miranda and Sylvania, plus the streets in between. If you're unsure we reach yours, a quick call settles it.
Do you work on Cronulla's apartments and strata blocks?
Constantly, since so much of the beach strip and town centre is flats. In a block we shut the water down fast, then work out whether the fault is on your unit's own pipework or the shared line before any cost is agreed, so the bill lands with the right party.
Done Properly, By the Book
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
Shutting off the water is the big one: the meter tap at the boundary, or a fixture's isolation valve, stops most leaks at the source. Mop or contain what you can and stay clear of anything wet near power. Leave pipe repairs, drain clearing and anything gas to the licensed plumber on the way.
Who can legally do gas work in NSW?
Only a plumber holding the correct gas endorsement, by law. Gas is never a DIY job: if you smell it, get everyone outside, phone 000 when it's strong, and leave the tracing and repair to a plumber who holds that ticket. Cutting corners on gas is a risk, not a saving.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
It stands behind our labour for the life of the repair, so if a fix of ours doesn't hold we return and set it right at no cost to you. The parts themselves carry their own manufacturer cover, which we'll point you to.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Please do. We hold NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C and full insurance, both verifiable on the public register before anyone starts work. A licensed plumber should always be happy to show credentials, and we'd rather you checked than wondered.
